Keep the electoral register for elections

August 26, 2008 12:56 PM

The LGA has published a survey today showing that the officials who manage electoral registers around the country believe that councils should stop selling the data to marketing companies. Banning this practice will be a positive step towards reminding councils that they don't own us, we own them.
