Daily Star: Migrants here for a handout

Matthew Elliott, chief executive of the TaxPayers’ Alliance, said: “Immigrants are supposed to be coming here looking for work, not immediately eligible for benefits.

“This leaves the system wide open to abuse by welfare tourists. The system needs to be tightened up.”
