Jonathan Isaby, of the Taxpayers’ Alliance, said: “Taxpayers will be angry and dismayed by this latest estimate of the cost. By blocking Qatada’s deportation, the European Court of Human Rights is forcing taxpayers to continue coughing up for this vile hate preacher.”
