Our Local Action Teams are a vital part of what we do

November 01, 2016 9:11 AM

On Wednesday night (26 October) our local team in Hammersmith, which is being coordinated by local resident Mark, held their first get together to discuss campaigning in their area.

These meetings are vitally important as we look to take our campaign across the country. The work we do from HQ is crucial, but it is the campaigning outside of it that will help us truly effect positive change for taxpayers.

Our Local Action Teams will be working hard to deliver:

  • Regular action days

  • Eyes and ears on the ground for local stories and potential campaigns

  • Blogs on issues in their local area for our website

  • Petitions to ensure the voice of the taxpayer is heard

Over the coming weeks, more of these meetings will be taking place. Do keep an eye on the events page to see where the closest one to you is - and if there isn't one, get in touch with me!
