The person who wrote this report has absolutely no idea about big brother society and terrorism as a whole. Terrorism, big brother society and government spending are all thrown into one pot. There is no rigour to this research and a clear lack of even the basic conceptual ideas that underpin the concepts the author writes about. I am sorry but this report should not be on this website as it is nothing but ideological ranting with little basis
