Terms of Endearment

The Eurozone crisis looks set to potentially trigger a treaty change. This provides a broader opportunity for changing Britain’s relationship with the EU.

In previous research, the TaxPayers’ Alliance has highlighted examples of EU policy and treaty law where taxpayers in the United Kingdom – and in many cases, across Europe – get a bad deal. This paper identifies twenty pieces of the jigsaw that it would be in Britain’s national interest to slot together to form that new deal.
