Calling for more honesty from politicians on the BBC

March 30, 2015 10:48 AM

Our Campaign Director, Andy Silvester, appeared on BBC News twice this weekend discussing politicians' lack of honesty when it comes to the challenge of deficit reduction.

On Friday the subject was the possible savings the the Conservatives may find in the welfare budget, according to a document obtained by the BBC. The TaxPayers' Alliance have been calling for honesty from all political parties with the publication of our 'Spending Plan' and, as Andy says, voters deserve real clarity.
