Welsh government credit cards used to buy Victoria's Secret lingerie and £1,500 of cake - The Telegraph

Civil service credit cards have been used to buy more than £1,500 of cake and £103 of Victoria's Secret lingerie in the last five years, an investigation has found.

More than 200 civil servants used their Welsh Government procurement cards to spend more than £1.4 million in taxpayers' money last year.
