Minister for Local Government Bob Neill MP speaks at the TaxPayers' Alliance fringe event 'Cutting Council Spending and Delivering Lower Taxes' hosted by the Freedom Association at Conservative Party Conference 2011.
Also on the panel were Cllr David Burbage, Leader of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council, Cllr Stephen Greenhalgh, Leader of Hammersmith and Fulham Council, and John O'Connell, Research Director of the TaxPayers' Alliance. The event was chaired by Emma Boon, Campaign Director of the TaxPayers' Alliance.
