Briefing at the US Capitol on the Emissions Trading Scheme

At the end of last week, I gave a presentation at the Capitol in Washington, DC about the problems with the European Union Emissions Trading Scheme, and the lessons for US policy makers. This followed on from our report, The Expensive Failure of the European Union Emissions Trading Scheme.
