Hundreds of iPads lost by London Ambulance

Hundreds of iPads have been lost by staff working for the London Ambulance Service, a TaxPayers' Allliance investigation revealed. Staff lost almost as many iPads as were purchased in 2022/23.

 

Speaking to GB News, which published the findings, our researcher Jonathan Eida said:

"The London Ambulance Service is taking ‘use it or lose it’ to a new level".

"The disappearance of digital equipment is happening at an alarming rate and it’s taxpayers who are picking up the bill.

"Staff must take better care of expensive tech and remember who is paying for it."
