Dear Jonathan Isaby, do you believe the new legislation being brought in for trade unions should also be extended to PLC’s on such issues such as new board members and remuneration packages and the vote be legally binding, especially in organisations that have monopolies and there is zero choice for consumers? If the answer is no then I hope you remove your argument as it is untenable.
