NHS non-job spending spree revealed

With the health service crippled by strikes, our investigation into NHS job vacancies revealed more than £1 million of diversity and sustainability non-jobs on offer. This included positions paying as much as £88,634 per year.

 

Speaking to The Sun, which published our findings, our cheif executive John O'Connell said:

"Taxpayers are sick to the back teeth of NHS non-jobs.

"Any new years resolution to trim the fat has clearly been abandoned.

“Time for health chiefs to focus funds on the frontline.”
