Our Director Matthew Sinclair also offered his thoughts to the ConservativeHome website this morning. This morning's newspapers carry mostly positive headlines about today's announcement, which should please the Treasury. But we won't know the full details until around 1.30 this afternoon, and the TPA will be watching just as closely for any nasties in the Red Book.
