Former Labour MP for Scunthorpe and minister Elliot Morley today faces trial at Southwark Crown Court for allegations of false accounting in relation to his expenses. Former Labour MPs Jim Devine (Livingstone), David Chaytor (Bury North) and Conservative peer Lord Hanningfield (Paul White) are to be tried separately on charges relating to their expenses.Former Labour MP for Scunthorpe and minister Elliot Morley today faces trial at Southwark Crown Court for allegations of false accounting in relation to his expenses.
