TaxPayers’ Alliance "War on Waste" is coming to a high street near you

Last year the Government spent £718 billion of our money – but far too much of that delivered little or no value for money.

That is why, earlier this year, we launched the War on Waste – a new campaign to expose government waste and make the case for lower spending and lower taxes.

4 outreachAnd in July, the TaxPayers’ Alliance hits the road with its War on Waste Roadshow. Our dedicated staff and volunteers will reach out to the British public and let them know just how much of our money politicians and bureaucrats are wasting.

Taking in every region of England and Wales – including the constituencies of all three main party leaders – we will hit the streets, leafleting and talking to local residents.

We will also be stopping off at places like The Public in West Bromwich, an unwanted art gallery which cost taxpayers £72 million and was closed a mere five years after it opened.

If you would like to get involved when the Roadshow comes to your nearest town or city, we would love to see you!

Or you can make a donation to the War on Waste Roadshow. Your support will help keep our activists and volunteers out on the road fighting for taxpayers!

More information on the tour can be found in our brochure.
